  • Own and manage a portfolio of health system customers.

  • Identify opportunities for growth at customer sites.
  • Participate in defining Account Management processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive value and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the voice of senior stakeholders internally.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Requirements

  • Healthcare experience focusing on revenue cycle management required.
  • 5+ years in a client-facing consultative role with large health systems.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior executives.
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally for client solutions.
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
