• Seeking a Medical Coder and Auditor to join the team.
• Responsible for reviewing and analyzing medical records.
• Ensure accurate coding for procedures, diagnoses, and services.
• Audit documentation for compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Stay updated with changes in coding systems and regulations.
• At least 3+ years of outpatient coding/auditing experience required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of outpatient coding/auditing experience.
• Certification required (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, etc.).
• Experience with Surgical Specialty Organizations is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Living/working in the Eastern Time Zone preferred.
