Overview

The Pharmacy Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with pharmacy clients, ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and service delivery.

• Develop and sustain relationships with pharmacy clients.
• Manage pharmacy accounts to provide high-level customer service.
• Serve as the key contact for assigned pharmacies.
• Stay updated on Nuvem’s products and industry regulations.
• Proactively report data anomalies and advise on resolutions.
• Utilize client management tools for documentation.
• Respond promptly to pharmacy inquiries and service failures.
• Analyze pharmacy performance metrics.
• Coordinate with teams on performance and projects.
• Evaluate client needs for tailored solutions.

Requirements

• BS and/or pharmacy experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple pharmacy clients simultaneously.
• 2+ years of 340B experience required.
• Sitting for long periods and fine motor skills needed.
• Effective communication skills required.
• 20% travel may be required.
