Overview

The Product Development & Marketing Associate, Promotions will manage promotional development projects including research, concept, development, and commercialization of new product promotions, swag, kits and bundles for all channels.

• Manage development and execution of strategic promotional programs.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in product development in CPG, wellness, beauty or cosmetic.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end development timelines.
• Understanding of packaging development timelines.
• Experience sourcing packaging components.
• Familiarity with nutraceutical skin and haircare space.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-starter with proactive delivery.
• Experience with sustainability initiatives.
