In Short

  • This role is a coordination and liaison position for sales between key cross functional groups – Finance, Supply Chain, Product Development and Retail Development.
  • This role will drive visibility, planning, follow-up and coordination of key needs and processes including – deck requests / prep, new item set up coordination, mock creation and sourcing, trade agreement pricing, etc.
  • Champion our Cross Boarder Trade projects and act as the key conduit between commercial and cross functional teams to report out updates through detailed weekly and monthly tracking shared document.
  • Drive awareness on product supply gaps and/or surplus through collaboration with supply planning and the S&OP process.
  • Act as the springboard and driver to support new product launches and facilitate the collection of necessary inputs from various stakeholders across several departments through our innovation committee.
  • Primary driver of the Nutrabolt global order portal and the on-going maintenance with our BI and creative stakeholders.
  • Partner with FP&A and BI to ensure all Trade Agreements are accurate and up to date with up and downline alignment.
  • You will partner with Supply and Demand Planning to drive inventory allocation across all INT SKUs and keep commercial leadership abreast of escalations and inputs needed.
  • You will keep sales informed of new product launch timing, changes in schedule, and general product timeline updates through weekly cross functional calls.
  • Coordination and consolidation of quarterly business review updates from various stakeholder with the use of PowerPoint.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years project management experience.
  • Has solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Is a creative, out of the box thinker, with a sense of humor and ability to think and react quickly.
  • Works extremely well with others and is the best at developing strong relationships with our internal and external customers.
