Field Marketing Lead - Remote

Overview

The Field Marketing Lead is a crucial component to representing and growing the Bloom brand. This role involves engaging consumers, increasing brand awareness, and providing sales support through various marketing activities.

In Short

• Engage consumers at sampling activations and events.
• Identify seeding opportunities and build community networks.
• Set up and tear down event site elements.
• Maintain product and asset inventory.
• Work with sales team to execute demo opportunities.
• Educate customers through product demos.
• Participate in Distributor Sales Meetings.
• Submit reports through CRM tool, Repsly.
• Track hours in real time.
• Maintain product training goals and certifications.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• 1+ years of event marketing or brand promotion preferred.
• Commitment of 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Dependable and results-driven.
• Ambitious, outgoing, and good interpersonal skills.
• Organized and self-motivated.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs+.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
