Field Marketing Lead - Remote

Overview

Orchid is on a mission to unify identity controls throughout each organization. Orchid’s vision is to automate the discovery, assessment, remediation and management of identity security posture across on-premise and cloud applications. All this while lowering the costs, maintaining compliance and reducing risk related to identity and access management.

We are looking for a Field Marketing Lead. This role reports to the Head of Marketing, while working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and her team, focusing on creating impactful (online and in-person) experiences that strengthen relationships with prospects, customers, users, and industry partners. As the first field marketing hire, this is a key (and outcome-measured) position requiring strong organizational and creative skills to lead event strategies, logistics, and execution across the United States.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end planning for third-party sponsorships, co-branded partner events, and Orchid-hosted events.
• Develop and execute event formats that align with the Orchid brand.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing, sales, and partner team members.
• Refine and extend the roadmap for 2025 and develop execution playbooks.
• Establish measurable outcomes that will lead to target pipeline attainment.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience.
• Expert in creating high-quality, seamless events.
• Significant experience in high tech events.
• Proven track record managing event-related communications.
• Hands-on experience owning events end-to-end.
• Familiarity with event and marketing tools like Figma and Salesforce.
• Experience in a small start-up company.
• Results and metrics-driven.
