Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 6 – 10 years of experience in social media/community management.
• Proven ability to create and execute platform-specific strategies.
• Expertise in fostering an inclusive online community.
• Experience with storytelling and writing compelling content.
• Familiarity with trading, fintech, or financial services industries.
• Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Hootsuite, etc.
• Analytical mindset with experience using metrics for performance evaluation.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
