Overview

We seek a highly skilled Financial Trading Industry Regulatory Compliance Attorney to oversee regulatory compliance and ensure that Nurp and Orca Capital operate within the bounds of applicable laws and industry standards in the US.

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Review and approve marketing and communication materials.
• Monitor compliance across internal departments and external interactions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active admission to practice law in the U.S.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of CFTC, NFA, FTC, SEC regulations.
• Proven expertise in reviewing marketing materials.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with compliance software tools is a plus.
