Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at NumeralHQ, you will champion the needs of our customers, serving as the first point of contact for clients to have their pain points heard, understood, and resolved.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in a tech start-up preferred.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated organization and project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Empathy and a desire to help customers and teammates.
