Overview

This pivotal full-time role is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with approximately 200 stores in your designated region, ensuring successful promotion and sales of Nulo products aimed to position Nulo as a leader in the premium pet food industry.

In Short

  • Conduct quarterly visits to each unique store, fostering a consistent and positive presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store employees through regular in-store visits.
  • Provide in-depth education sessions for store employees, emphasizing the benefits and features of Nulo nutrition products.
  • Promote and drive participation in the retailer employee discount feeding program.
  • Attend district-level store leader meetings to stay informed about regional initiatives.
  • Collaborate with store and district leaders on strategies to optimize sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure strategic placement of promotional materials such as flyers and magnets in break areas to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Implement merchandising strategies, including limiting Out of Stock (OOS), facing products, and validating Planogram (POG) and Incremental Display placements.
  • Deliver comprehensive information on the basal nutrition of Nulo products.
  • Stay updated on innovations in pet nutrition.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in field account management or a related role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with store teams.
  • A passion for dogs and cats.
  • The drive to deliver results paired with a continuous sense of urgency.
  • An ability to relate to our active lifestyle positioning and our ‘food as fuel’ philosophy.
  • Availability to work standard schedule from Monday to Friday, and occasionally on weekends.
