Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive business experience in healthcare or biotech.
• 3 years of field-based experience in account management or sales.
• Experience in rare or niche markets.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Track record of success in collaborative teamwork.
• High ethical and performance standards.
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Experience in compliance and regulations.
• Motivational and interpersonal communication skills.
