In Short

• Full-time, on-site role working in shifts.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on desktops, notebooks, and printers.
• Log, validate, and diagnose client requests.
• Provide Smart Hands Activities for equipment installation and maintenance.
• Use advanced tools to remediate problems and conduct scheduled installations.
• Identify and recommend improvements in processes and services.
• Respond to calls and travel to site after business hours if required.
• Must have a high school diploma and minimum 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and A+ certification preferred.
• Experience with MDM tools for managing devices is an asset.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
• A+ desktop or equivalent skill set preferred.
• Experience with MDM tools (Airwatch, Mobile Iron, Intune) is a plus.
• Ability to work under guidance and make sound judgments.
• Professional and client-focused attitude.
• Able to work in a shift structure.
