Overview

The Senior Associate Collaboration Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist is responsible for ensuring that client solution requirements are resolved in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role involves configurations, installations, and attending to break/fix events while developing business knowledge and working towards certification.

Requirements

• Vendor certification is mandatory.
• Moderate experience in SOC Analysis Operations.
• Experience with security technologies and incident handling.
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of networking technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively and solve problems innovatively.
• Developing knowledge of security architecture and log collection mechanisms.
• Certifications in relevant security fields are advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with security tools and practices.
