Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• 12–15+ years of experience in consulting and/or BFSI industry.
• Proven success in delivering digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of core BFSI systems and regulatory environments.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with Fortune 500 financial institutions preferred.
• Exposure to AI/ML, blockchain, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity frameworks.
