Overview

This role involves setting up an International Experience Quality Program to enhance the quality of services provided to Notion's global customers.

In Short

• Define the International Experience Quality Program from the ground up.
• Drive evaluations of MT and AI translation models.
• Own end-to-end content quality across multiple languages.

Requirements

• Experience with language tiering and LQA.
• Familiarity with MT and AI evaluation processes.
• Ability to leverage data for decision making.
• Experience managing translation-related resources.
• Knowledge of Phrase TMS is a plus.
• Experience in leveraging AI for translation quality is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Notion is beneficial.
