HR M&A and International Expansion Program Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic HR M&A and International Expansion Program Manager to join Coinbase’s HR M&A team to support our global expansion initiatives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in integrating acquired companies, managing people risks and processes, and ensuring a seamless transition within post-acquisition.

In Short

• Act as a PGM supporting end-to-end HR integration planning and execution for transactions of different types and sizes.
• Partner closely with our Corporate Development Team, Deal Leads and HR Leads.
• Identify project risks/gaps and create risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate work of all project and integration related efforts.
• Create and document scalable integration practices and playbooks.
• Support continuously improve processes leveraging tooling and automation.
• Manage people risks and processes during acquisitions.
• Establish hiring frameworks for international growth.
• Conduct risk assessments for new entities.
• Provide operational support for new entities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR M&A integration or comparable HR program management experience.
• Excellent Project Management and Communications skills.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and understanding of motivation.
• Track record of developing and managing internal people programs.
• Strong business and global acumen.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• High integrity and discretion with sensitive data.

Benefits

• Target annual salary range of $130,900 - $154,000.
