Overview

Empower is looking for a Finance and Strategy Manager, International Expansion to lead our international growth efforts. In this role, you will design our strategic framework for new market entry, leading market research, business planning, and analytics workstreams to determine where and how we should expand into new geographies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting or investment banking.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Resourceful with a get-it-done mindset.
• Strong analytical abilities and financial modeling experience.
• Comfort with ambiguity and independent problem-solving.
• M&A experience is a plus.
