Client Asset Manager - Remote

Overview

The Head of Client Assets will be responsible for the safe custody and segregation of client assets in compliance with CSSF regulatory requirements. You will ensure the proper safekeeping of assets, oversee daily safeguarding operations and reconciliations, and manage CSSF reporting obligations.

• Develop and oversee Safeguarding Control Framework.
• Maintain incident logs and manage reporting.
• Prepare regulatory reporting for client assets.
• Lead internal and external audits as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, treasury, or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks in Luxembourg.
• Ability to collaborate across business and technology functions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop operational controls.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
• Must be based in Luxembourg.
