• Contract roles are geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project-based work.
• Seeking an experienced Program Manager to manage the diligence and/or integration of acquired entities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to create and execute integration plans.
• Manage project timelines, uncover roadblocks, and report progress.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Communicate project expectations clearly to team members.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope and identify risks.
• Lead retrospective analysis to improve M&A playbooks.
• Expected duration of the contract is 12 months.
• 40 hours/week commitment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years’ experience as a Program Manager.
• 2+ years’ experience in corporate programs preferred.
• 5+ years business experience required, preferably in broker-dealer or investment firm.
• Experience in managing program forecasts and budgets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes.
• Knowledge of program resource planning.
