Overview

The Commodity Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the Commodity Sales Rubbish/Waste to Energy team, ensuring excellent customer service and managing various administrative tasks related to pricing and contracts.

• Support the Commodity Sales team with administrative tasks.
• Data entry of monthly pricing updates.
• Manage monthly pricing alerts.
• Correct pricing errors in collaboration with outlets.
• Assist new outlets with setup paperwork.
• Summarize historical data from outlets.
• Support contract management software tasks.
• Conduct searches and queries within contract management software.
• Assist with Letters of Authorization and Award Letters.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with phone and email inquiries.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills.
