In Short

• Architect and optimize go-to-market (GTM) motion.
• Own and refine systems, workflows, and data models for pipeline development.
• Partner with Marketing, BDRs, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Run experiments and automate processes.
• Manage GTM tech stack including HubSpot, 6Sense, and others.
• Optimize lead/account routing and scoring workflows.
• Build and run data-driven experiments for revenue generation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on revenue-driving initiatives.
• Provide insights to refine messaging and conversion strategies.
• Develop and report on GTM performance metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Growth Operations, Marketing Operations, or RevOps.
• Proficiency in HubSpot, 6Sense, and AI-driven GTM tools.
• Strong data analysis and process automation skills.
• Experience with PLG motions and outbound GTM orchestration.
