In Short

  • Generate qualified leads and close initial sales opportunities through LinkedIn outreach and strategic email campaigns.
  • Execute daily outreach activities via LinkedIn and email using provided tools and CRM systems.
  • Identify, research, and qualify high-value leads based on ideal customer profiles.
  • Personalize and adapt messaging for different industries and prospect types.
  • Engage prospects, nurture conversations, and guide them through the early stages of the sales process.
  • Conduct discovery calls or book qualified meetings for the senior sales team.
  • Participate in weekly business development meetings to review goals and campaign priorities.
  • Collaborate with the strategy team to refine targeting and messaging.
  • Stay updated on LinkedIn and email marketing best practices.
  • Work under pressure while maintaining high energy and positivity.

Requirements

  • 2 years minimum of experience in sales development or outbound sales.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding lead generation and closing targets.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and email outreach strategies.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and email automation tools.
  • Results-driven with a focus on performance metrics.
  • Strong written English skills for crafting clear messages.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized.
