In Short

  • Execute and refine the sales playbook from lead generation to closing.
  • Run discovery calls, align key stakeholders, and close deals.
  • Source pipeline to help hit revenue goals.
  • Build process and funnel for onboarding and expansion.
  • Collaborate across teams including Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
  • Establish inbound lead requirements to meet sales objectives.
  • Provide visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling to Mid-market and Enterprise.
  • Experience as a Senior Sales Manager or Account Executive at a fast-paced SaaS company.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Problem solving, issue-resolution, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills.
