Eligibility Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Eligibility Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering coverage information into Nonstop’s proprietary enrollment platform, ensuring successful transmission to downstream systems, and providing exceptional customer service.

In Short

• Review inbound eligibility information from various sources.
• Assist with data reconciliation during Open Enrollment and New Client Onboarding.
• Post outbound eligibility data to various sources.
• Maintain client confidentiality and meet performance goals.
• Demonstrate a professional image and team player attitude.
• Respond to client requests within 24 hours.
• Handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years in group health insurance administration.
• Experience in customer service or office environments.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using a MacBook and familiarity with project management tools.
