Overview

Nominal is seeking a strategic, hands-on Talent & People Partner to lead recruitment efforts in the US and act as an HR business partner for our growing team.

In Short

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles, particularly in sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and build targeted talent pipelines.
  • Actively source, screen, and engage high-caliber candidates through various channels.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and drive employer branding efforts in the US.
  • Act as the HRBP for the US team, supporting the VP of Sales and leadership team on people-related matters.
  • Support onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts for US employees.
  • Assist with HR policies, compliance, and employee relations to ensure smooth US operations.
  • Help establish the Florida office, including workspace logistics and operational setup.
  • Support a strong, collaborative culture as the US team scales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting and HR in high-growth startups or SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record in recruiting for sales, marketing, and customer-facing roles in the US market.
  • Strong ability to build and implement people processes from scratch.
  • Knowledge of US employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to a fast-changing environment, and align with leadership.
  • Experience working with Israeli founders or teams (a big plus!).
  • Experience working in a scaling startup with an entrepreneurial mindset.
