Senior Project Manager - Medical Robotics - Remote

In Short

• Collaborate with key stakeholders and leadership to define, manage, and own project scope.
• Develop and manage the detailed project schedule, analyzing critical paths and dependencies.
• Communicate how project goals fit into broader organizational goals.
• Develop a risk management plan and monitor project risks.
• Partner with cross-functional managers to assign project resources.
• Execute communications management plan for project team and stakeholders.
• Work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Product Management, Marketing, and Clinical teams.
• Ensure design control and quality systems processes are followed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in new product development in medical devices.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• B.S. in ME/EE/SW/Biomed or equivalent engineering discipline required.
• M.S. in ME/EE/SW/Biomed preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Comfortable with all phases of the product development lifecycle.
• Strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
• Knowledge of engineering, product strategy, and business management.
• Experience launching disposable products preferred.
• Understanding of fundamentals of robotics preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project and/or other project management tools.
