• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of technical projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Implement and manage critical prioritization frameworks.
• Utilize project management tools like Jira and Asana.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and retrospectives.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting project success.
• Develop and document standardized processes.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Proven expertise in managing complex projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Strong understanding of prioritization frameworks.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Basic data analytics skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must pass federal background checks.
