Overview

As a Payroll & Benefits Administrator at NIVA Health, you will ensure that employees receive the compensation and care they deserve while supporting a collaborative workplace culture.

In Short

  • Administer end-to-end US payroll processing for all employees, ensuring regulatory compliance and timeliness
  • Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more
  • Maintain and update payroll and benefits records, ensuring impeccable data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Manage payroll data and reconciliation using systems like Paychex Flex
  • Coordinate with Finance and HR teams to deliver accurate, timely reporting and resolve discrepancies
  • Provide employee support by professionally responding to payroll and benefits inquiries
  • Process employment changes in payroll/benefits systems
  • Support benefits open enrollment and facilitate employee communications
  • Prepare and distribute payroll and benefits reports as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with payroll/benefit regulations, ensuring ongoing compliance

Requirements

  • Have 2+ years of experience in US payroll and benefits administration
  • Proficient with accounting/payroll platforms like Paychex Flex, Sage Business Cloud, SAP, or similar
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance, taxes, and regulations
  • Well-versed in Google Suite
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organization
