Overview

This role involves managing payroll and benefits administration for AnewHealth.

In Short

  • Monitors Workday notifications for changes affecting payroll or Paid Time Off.
  • Assists with Payroll pre-processing reports and approvals, including auditing payroll entries.
  • Maintains internal controls over payroll functions for SOX compliance.
  • Manages tax notices and researches tax issues with appropriate Tax Service.
  • Supports various payroll-related audits.
  • Acts as a liaison between Payroll and Accounting.
  • Audits benefits-related data for accuracy.
  • Processes monthly benefit plan invoices and ensures timely payments.
  • Facilitates requests for contribution adjustments.
  • Ensures compliance in administration of assigned benefit plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
  • Professional certification preferred (CPP, PHR, SPHR, etc.).
  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits administration required.
  • 4+ years of payroll administration experience required.
  • Workday and OneSource Virtual preferred.
