• Act as the main contact for external clients regarding pharmacy products.
• Handle requests related to Medicare and Commercial prescription drug data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree required.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in health plans or pharmacy.
• CPhT certification is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in using office software and databases.
• Ability to work under pressure and make immediate decisions.
• Knowledge of pharmacology and Medicare Part D guidelines.
