Overview

The Business Systems Engineer at AnewHealth is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business systems solutions that optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and support strategic goals.

In Short

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows and policies.
• Design and implement technology solutions to enhance efficiencies.
• Facilitate training sessions for stakeholders.
• Participate in discovery to determine process gaps.
• Provide recommendations for tooling integrations and upgrades.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and JIRA/Atlassian platforms.
• Support day-to-day operations and create comprehensive support documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Business Systems Engineer role preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices.
• Experience with process improvement and data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated knowledge of service management methodologies.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-IT stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.
• Comfortable working through US/ET time zones.
