NIVA Health is redefining healthcare across the U.S. We’re scaling fast—and our Wound Care Division needs a Finance Director who can stand at the table with our Founder & CEO, shaping financial strategy at the highest level.

In Short

• Lead all financial strategy and execution: planning, budgeting, forecasting, and day-to-day operations.
• Drive revenue optimization—billing, collections, payer compliance—ensuring both performance and integrity.
• Oversee cross-border finance: U.S. GAAP, IFRS, payroll, tax, reporting, and compliance.
• Deliver clear insights and financial models that fuel confident executive decisions.
• Build and mentor a finance team grounded in accountability, trust, and scale.
• Partner with the Founder & CEO, and sit shoulder-to-shoulder with clinical and operational leaders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience in healthcare finance is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
