Finance Director - Remote

Overview

As CreditNature matures from a start-up to a thriving, growing business, we are looking for a Finance Director to oversee all financial aspects of the business and drive the company’s financial strategy. You will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible not only for robust financial management but also for commercial decision support, investor relations and risk management.

In Short

• Lead financial planning, forecasting and scenario modelling.
• Maintain a clear view of the company’s financial position and cashflow.
• Own commercial finance including pricing strategy and deal modelling.
• Define and maintain standard commercial terms and approval workflows.
• Provide financial oversight of key contractor and supplier arrangements.
• Maintain delegated authorities and spending controls.
• Oversee corporate cards and access to financial systems.
• Provide final sign-off on payroll and statutory submissions.
• Support broader risk and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with Operations for financial governance.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with cloud accounting software like Xero.
• Ability to challenge constructively while collaborating.
• Understanding of rewilding is desirable.
