Overview

The Sales Admin / Business Development Representative will play a vital role in supporting the Sales team by managing outbound email outreach, identifying new clients, and assisting with proposal development in a remote setting.

  • Support the Sales team with outbound email outreach and cold contact campaigns.
  • Research potential clients and build a qualified lead database.
  • Draft and send professional emails on behalf of the team.
  • Manage sales meetings and ensure accurate CRM records.
  • Help prepare proposal documents for the Sales team.
  • Track outbound activity metrics and prepare reports.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and client updates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams.
  • Attend in-person conferences as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a sales support or BDR/admin role.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot.
  • Proactive and self-directed in a remote environment.
  • Able to work collaboratively with multiple team members.
