Overview

The Technical Education Manager is responsible for developing and implementing innovative training programs that empower customers and partners to create real business value using the Ninox software.

In Short

• Develop and implement training content for online and in-person formats.
• Continuously update learning materials in line with product releases.
• Build scalable onboarding processes for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Design and conduct certification programs within the partner ecosystem.
• Conduct training for enterprise customers and strategic partners.
• Support the sales team by training new colleagues.
• Establish an exclusive training partner program.

Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Technical Documentation or equivalent qualification.
• Passion for low-code technologies and their applications.
• Experience in technical documentation and content creation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
• Structured and independent working style with team spirit.
• Fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus.
