Requirements

• Experience in an Engineering Leadership position.
• Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, and release management.
• Experience with cloud-scale infrastructure and architecture.
• Proficient in tools like JIRA for project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
• Curiosity to learn and understand the ecosystem.
• Experience in a global team, especially in remote cultures.
