Technical Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

As the Technical Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating technical content that educates and engages IT professionals and MSPs, bridging the gap between product capabilities and user needs.

In Short

• Own the creation of technical content and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
• Conduct webinars and public speaking engagements.
• Maintain an editorial calendar and manage multiple projects.
• Develop technical positioning collateral and case studies.
• Support Sales Enablement with demo flows and guides.
• Work with the Marketing team to align content with campaigns.
• Build and validate product demos and documentation.
• Engage with technical audiences effectively.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in technical marketing or solutions engineering.
• Proven track record of clear writing for technical audiences.
• Comfortable presenting to live audiences and on camera.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and endpoint management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with NinjaOne or similar tools is a plus.
• Experience working with MSPs or IT service providers preferred.
• Previous experience hosting webinars is advantageous.
