Senior Product Designer - SaaS - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who cares deeply about our customers and distilling complex problems into thoughtful, beautiful, holistic software experiences.

In Short

• Design new software product features and enhancements that align with the business’ top priorities.
• Work closely with product management, engineering, and leadership to create and deliver the highest quality user experiences.
• Plan and perform design research with customers, synthesizing and broadcasting findings across the organization.
• Play an active role in advocating for the UX of our diverse customer base with data and in-depth research.
• Contribute to, document, and maintain our growing Design System.
• Provide technical software subject matter expertise.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Software Engineering or Fine Art is preferred but not required.
• 5+ years’ experience providing B2B user interfaces and experience designs for a SaaS company.
• IT Operations, Systems Administration, Software Support or Software Development experience.
• Previous experience working in an Agile software development life cycle.
• Experience using principles of visual design and information architecture.
• Expertise in interaction design with examples of complex software applications.
• Expertise in Sketch, Figma, or related design tool.
• Experience analyzing and synthesizing data and research into actionable insights.
• Experience in creating, contributing to, and maintaining design systems.
• A strong portfolio of work that shows direct responsibility for high impact projects.
