Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will research potential clients, connect with and educate prospects, and qualify leads through outreach methods to schedule demos for your Account Executive.

In Short

  • Grow your individual book of business by proactively generating new qualified leads
  • Identify, connect with, qualify, sort, and track leads
  • Achieve and exceed core metrics, quotas, and KPIs
  • Display exceptional cold-call prospecting using consultative phone skills
  • Utilize Salesforce for documentation and tracking
  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities
  • Other duties as needed

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, plus Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Competitive eagerness to achieve success
  • Aggressive, energetic self-starter
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening and analytical skills
  • Experience meeting call volume and talk-time goals
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Technical aptitude for IT management software
  • Coachable with a solid work ethic
  • No degree requirement
