Overview

Heinsohn is looking for a Sales Development Representative to expand our client base and drive revenue growth in North America, working remotely from anywhere in LATAM.

In Short

  • Work remotely from any LATAM country.
  • Focus on expanding the North American market.
  • Sell custom software development services, IT staffing, and data solutions.
  • Convert leads generated by marketing into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Proactively generate new leads through prospecting and networking.
  • Conduct outreach through cold calling, emailing, and social networking.
  • Support the sales team throughout the sales process.
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Travel to North America for meetings and events.

Requirements

  • Advanced English level (C1–C2).
  • Valid U.S. visa and availability to travel.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SDR.
  • Experience selling custom software and IT staffing solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with sales prospecting techniques.
  • Ability to generate leads independently.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
