Overview

As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you will own the execution and continuous improvement of all existing incentive plans within our compensation administration platform, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for the sales team across multiple countries.

In Short

  • Own administration & continuous improvement of Sales Incentive Plans globally.
  • Partner with teams for accurate performance-to-payout calculations.
  • Support local sales teams with commission-related inquiries.
  • Compile monthly commission reporting for leadership review.
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new plans and changes.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, HR, and Payroll for processing changes.
  • Maintain accurate system hierarchies and eligibility of payments.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with commission calculations.
  • 2 years of spiff experience.
  • Experience with a sales workforce of at least 200+.
  • Knowledge of various compensation plans.
  • High level of service for sales team inquiries.
  • Attention to detail in financial matters.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills for data manipulation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).
