Requirements

  • 3-7 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in corporate and agency recruiting.
  • Ability to recruit for diverse roles.
  • Passion for building cohesive teams.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations.
  • Goal-oriented and team-focused approach.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Ability to drive quality candidates forward.
