Overview

As a Corporate Recruiter at NinjaOne, you will identify uniquely talented individuals who will make an impact in our organization and contribute to our company's success. You will support our internal business partners managing full cycle recruitment efforts to bring new talent to their teams.

In Short

  • Build relationships and collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Partner with our Global Talent Acquisition team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
  • Source active and passive candidates from various sources
  • Recruit for multiple teams across EMEA
  • Work in a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions
  • Schedule and conduct interviews
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates
  • Other duties as needed

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience with full lifecycle recruiting
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience recruiting for diverse roles
  • Polished communication skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems
  • Desire to improve as a recruiter
  • Team-oriented approach
  • Experience with Jobvite preferred
