Overview

We’re looking for a Community Programs Manager to architect and scale NinjaOne’s peer group and community engagement programs. You’ll own the strategic direction of our partner communities, collaborating across internal teams and with external experts to create meaningful community impact.

In Short

  • Design, launch, and scale peer groups segmented by ICP and maturity.
  • Launch and facilitate up to 15 NinjaOne peer groups by the end of 2026.
  • Recruit, onboard, and facilitate both virtual and in-person cohorts.
  • Develop agendas and frameworks that promote tangible business outcomes.
  • Define the strategic direction of the Partner Portal content.
  • Source and manage content creators from internal and external teams.
  • Source, vet, and manage annual speakers for peer group events.
  • Track engagement and deliver quarterly impact reports.
  • Expand the community into new partner segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on content priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner programs or community management.
  • Proven ability to build and scale structured peer groups.
  • Strong understanding of channel ecosystems and community engagement.
  • Skilled facilitator and relationship-builder.
  • Experience defining content strategies and collaborating with teams.
  • Strong Salesforce literacy.
  • Exceptional communication and project leadership skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel for events.
