Overview

The Anesthesia Charge Poster is responsible for reviewing and posting anesthesia charges to ensure accurate and timely billing for services provided, working closely with the anesthesia billing and coding departments.

• Review and post-anesthesia charges accurately based on CPT codes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications in medical billing are preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in medical billing, preferably in anesthesia.
• Working knowledge of anesthesia codes and billing workflow preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients.
