Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandise Coordinator to work directly with our CEO in managing and expanding our company merchandise line.

In Short

• Source and procure high-quality clothing and merchandise.
• Collaborate with vendors for timely delivery.
• Review and approve merchandise decoration proofs.
• Oversee the fulfillment process for online store.
• Conduct quality checks on merchandise.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking.
• Provide regular updates to the CEO on merchandise status.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure designs meet brand standards.
• Work closely with online store management company.

Requirements

• Proven experience in merchandise coordination or procurement.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for design and attention to detail.
• Experience in e-commerce or online retail is a plus.
