We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to support our procurement processes and ensure smooth operations.

In Short

• Distribute purchase orders (POs)
• Follow up on unconfirmed POs
• Coordinate logistics
• Request improved or postponed delivery dates
• Manage exchanges and returns of goods
• Handle freight claims for damaged or lost shipments
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies with warehouse, accounting, and quality control issues
• Utilize basic NetSuite experience for managing purchase orders and supplier information
