Merchandise Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Merchandise Coordinator will work closely with the Associate Manager and Team Lead of supplier operations, acting as a bridge between vendors and SSENSE to ensure smooth merchandise operations.

In Short

• Process new shipment requests quickly and according to SSENSE standards.
• Review incoming shipments and promptly flag any discrepancies to the right teams.
• Work with vendors to build strong relationships, manage delivery timelines, and address any issues.
• Serve as a link between the fulfillment center, buying teams, transport, finance, studio, and customs to ensure quick turnaround.
• Handle data entry as needed.

Requirements

• Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a logistics environment, with a preference for import logistics.
• Strong skills in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Interest in luxury fashion is a plus.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
• Data-driven with a knack for turning reporting info into daily tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Able to multi-task and work efficiently to meet deadlines.
