Senior Software Developer - Pricing - Remote

Overview

SSENSE is looking for a Senior Developer to join our technology team, responsible for the development and maintenance of our internal pricing and markdown engines.

In Short

• Understand the product roadmap and contribute to development planning.
• Independently complete complex coding tasks to deliver features.
• Write high-quality, testable, and reusable code.
• Ensure code is suitable for continuous integration and deployment.
• Take responsibility for code quality through testing.
• Actively review code to guide junior developers.
• Contribute to solution designs and assist in recruiting.
• Work with cloud resources and caching technologies.
• Collaborate in a hybrid work environment.
• Participate in cross-squad initiatives.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of software development experience.
• Experience with Python and Typescript/NodeJS.
• Familiarity with microservices and containers.
• Proficiency in cloud resources (AWS/Google Cloud/Azure).
• Strong knowledge of caching technologies.
• Proficiency in Git.
• French is required.
